second...of the deceased (Note from translator - they state the relation between the two men and the deceased), they
declare that Fennechien Nijman, wife of Jan Antoon..., residing in..., municipality of Sleen(?), occupation...... daughter
of Jan Nijman and Jennigje Hendriks, born in the muncipality of Gramsbergen, the .. (birth date), passed away on........month
of January in the morning 9 o'clock, in.. house.. (placename) in the municipality Sleen(?) in the age of.....passed away.

There is another death recorded on the lower half of the same page, but not related to Fennechien.
